Tiffany Ryland is a second generation business owner at ARVO Realty Advisors, a national commercial real estate organization. Tiffany received a dual Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Clark Atlanta University in international business and marketing.

Tiffany has a diverse background in which she chased her dreams and developed her professional passion simultaneously. She has appeared in a number of television shows, cheered for the Atlanta Hawks NBA cheer team, served as an international trade analyst for Georgia Pacific, and a procurement professional with CBRE. Tiffany has now landed her dream career along side her father as one of the youngest African American women in commercial real estate vying for a seat in the C-Suite.

In Tiffanys short tenure with ARVO Realty advisors she has assisted small to mid sized companies, government entities, and corporations. She has quickly become a sought after consultant for non- profits, small businesses and religious organizations, helping to develop bottomline strategies to reduce cost and grow their firms.

In 2020 Tiffany spearheaded her joint mentorship program and masterclass "The BLEU Print" geared toward women and minorities interested in commercial real estate. The BLEU Print is one part of a four pillar initiative created to increase diversity and inclusion in the highly underreported industry.
